I can’t go back to yesterday because I was a different person then.” – Lewis Carroll.
We grow with each passing day and embrace multiple changes while doing so. A not so avid speaker, Gaurav, receives a call from his friend about a startup when he was attending his last semester in B-tech.
Leaning on his prior experience, Gaurav was well prepared to take another typical tech hiring interview. But his perception was about to change.
We spoke to Gaurav today and he reflects on his experience.
“I had some interview experience before Twimbit. All those interviews were looking for matching people with coding skills only. Twimbit was different. It was not about just knowing how to code; it was also about how you logically approach a problem and then use resources effectively and productively to tackle that problem. “
After a couple of interviews, Gaurav decided to give it a go and joined Twimbit. Gaurav joined Twimbit because of two reasons. Like every techie, Gaurav also wants to join a technical firm and he also wanted to make sure that he chooses the right firm to help him in his all-round development. Finally, Gaurav decided to become a Front-End Developer at Twimbit.
Everyone in Twimbit loves Gaurav, especially the Tech team. “He doesn’t speak that much, but he a great listener and he understands everything easily. Man of simple taste, a perfectionist and delivers every task on time.”
Gaurav says “the innovative startup Twimbit always comes up with new challenges to learn more and the possibilities to grow are endless here. What I love most about Twimbit is the care it shows for employees – thinks about their growth and happiness at work.
The impact of my team’s work and the products we build together, makes me feel proud. Also, the smile of my teammates and unconditional support inspires me to do more.”
Gaurav believes in perfection and dedication. He loves sports and spending time reading tech blogs. He believes that we can rebuild anything with more efficiency. To those who follow the step of success, Gaurav has one advice “never mix your personal and professional priorities, always keep a balance between them”.
