Benchmark your company’s employee experience (EX): An EX-readiness assessment

Introduction

In today’s time, it is imperative for organisations to assess their EX-readiness and identify best practices to reimagine an employee’s entire lifecycle for the most desired business outcome.

We have come up with a self-EX-readiness assessment that enables you as an HR leader (CHRO, Chief experience offers, HR specialists) to understand the current employee experience standard of your organisation and identify the areas where you can improve upon and become a leading organisation in delivering employee experience.

Introduction : EX-readiness assessment

The EX-readiness assessment is based on twimbit’s five pillars of the EX framework with equal weight for rendering the overall score.

Please refer to the steps to taking the assessment below, in case of any confusion.

How to take the EX-readiness assessment?

Step 1:

  • The EX-readiness assessment is in-built below and divided based on the 5-pillar EX framework. Each pillar under the framework is sub-divided into umbrella thoughts that define the specific attribute for the assessment (Table 1)
  • Each umbrella of thought has question(s) under it, designed in a way to exhaustively assess the EX practice of your company against the targeted attribute. There are in total of 21 questions across the five pillars in the EX-readiness assessment.

Step 2:

  • For each question, there are several pre-defined responses, select the one that best matches your case (Figure 2).
  • Click on ‘Next’ to move on with the next question. The exercise remains the same for all the five pillars in the assessment.

Step 3:

  • As per the responses, the scores will be auto-calculated against each attribute. Once all questions are answered, click on submit to receive your EX-readiness assessment scorecard.
  • Caveat: All questions are mandatory; the respondent can only navigate to the next question post submitting their response. The final pillar-specific and overall scorecard will be generated after answering all the questions in the assessment (Figure 3).
