Benchmark your readiness for a differentiated EX in BPO’s

Compare your EX to the best of the best, and see what they are doing.

Twimbit’s Employee Experience framework is divided into 6 parameters, each of which corresponds to a different aspect of the working day.

EX

‘Communication’ considers how well information flows from the decision-makers at the top of the company down to the employees.

‘Investment in technology’ considers how technology is used to improve the lives of employees and ease workflows.

‘The voice of the employee’ is how well information travels up in the company hierarchy. The people at the top need to hear the concerns and thoughts of those that they lead.

‘Learning and development’ is how employees are taught the skills and mindset they need to accomplish their jobs.

‘Social connection’ is about the higher purpose of the organization and global citizenship. Important parts of social connection are volunteering and charity work, social equity and inclusion, and environmental sustainability.

Finally, ‘Rewards and Recognition’ is about how employees are compensated for the work that they do. This can include bonuses, team building, paid vacation, and so on.

These parameters are further broken down into a combined 22 subparameters, each of which has an important effect on the work experience of your employees.

The subparameters cover the practical implementations that will improve your employee experience.

Twimbit also published a much more in-depth report on Employee Experience in BPOs on the Twimbit platform, which discusses all the other things the top companies are doing. In many cases, there were many programs that could have been chosen for the best company in each subparameter, and all of those instances are included on that report.
